Menu features new vineyard cuisine, native ingredients infused with new modern recipes straight from the chef's authentic roots.  Made with locally grown fresh ingredients and flavors from local farms and purveyors such as Valdivia Farms, Brandt Beef, and Carlsbad Aqua Farms each entrée is prepared to absolute perfection.
